Terms of Use & Purchase

These Terms of Use & Purchase govern access to and use of STL Forge, including purchases of downloadable STL files, packs, collections, account-based digital libraries, rewards, reviews, and related support services.

By placing an order, creating an account, downloading a purchased file, or otherwise using a paid STL Forge service, you agree to these Terms together with any product-specific conditions shown before purchase.

If a mandatory consumer right applicable to you cannot legally be limited or excluded, that right remains unaffected by these Terms.

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, an order grants access to the digital files and variants described on that product page at the time of purchase.

Each product page is intended to describe the digital content included in the purchase, which may include STL files, split parts, uncut versions, alternative parts, busts, portraits, bases, pre-supported files, or other extras where specifically stated.

Only features explicitly described as included should be treated as part of the purchase. Images may illustrate assembled or painted results and can include presentation elements that are not separate downloadable files.

Where an item is marked as pending, planned, or to be added later, it is not represented as already delivered at the time of purchase.

Certain purchases and features require an STL Forge customer account. Customers are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and for activity carried out through their account where reasonably attributable to them.

Please contact STL Forge promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

STL Forge may temporarily restrict an account where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abusive automation, credential sharing, payment disputes, security incidents, or a material breach of these Terms.

Eligible purchases are made available through the customer account after successful payment confirmation. Packs and collections may be accessed through Pack Library or another account area made available by STL Forge.

STL Forge may use external storage infrastructure, including Dropbox, as part of the underlying delivery system. The customer-facing entitlement remains associated with the STL Forge purchase and account rather than ownership of any external storage account.

Access may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, security events, migrations, or other technical interruptions. STL Forge will take reasonable steps to restore legitimate purchased access.

STL Forge is designed to allow customers to return to their account and re-access eligible purchased digital content while the relevant service and entitlement remain available.

Because digital delivery relies on hosting, account systems, plugins, storage providers, and other infrastructure that can change over time, STL Forge does not promise uninterrupted or technically perpetual availability of every individual delivery mechanism.

Customers are encouraged to maintain a personal backup of files they have purchased and downloaded. Where a delivery method changes, STL Forge may migrate legitimate customer access to another method.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as PayPal or Mercado Pago, depending on the options available at checkout.

A payment provider may apply its own user agreement, fraud controls, transaction limits, buyer-protection rules, dispute procedures, chargeback processes, and refund-processing times. Those provider rules are separate from STL Forge's store policy and may change independently.

An order is not treated as fully paid until the relevant payment has been successfully approved or confirmed.

Before purchasing, customers should review the product description, included files, scale or sizing information where provided, technical notes, and any stated limitations.

If a purchased file cannot be accessed, is materially different from what was advertised, is demonstrably corrupted or incomplete, or another genuine fulfillment problem exists, please contact STL Forge first so the issue can be investigated and, where appropriate, corrected, replaced, or otherwise resolved.

Nothing in this section is intended to exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded under the law applicable to the transaction.

Customers may have additional dispute or payment-protection options through the provider they used to pay. Eligibility and outcomes are determined by the payment provider or card issuer under its own rules, not by STL Forge.

Opening a payment-provider dispute does not automatically establish that the store breached these Terms. STL Forge may provide order records, product descriptions, account-access records, or digital-delivery evidence to the provider when responding to a dispute.

Customers should not seek duplicate recovery for the same transaction through multiple channels where the applicable provider rules prohibit it.

Where STL Forge can verify a genuine duplicate purchase, we may offer a replacement digital product of equal value as a practical resolution. This store remedy is separate from any mandatory legal right or payment-provider remedy that may apply.

STL files are digital design files. Successful physical printing depends on variables outside STL Forge's control, including printer model, resin or filament, calibration, slicer settings, orientation, supports, temperature, scale, maintenance, and user technique.

Where pre-supported files are included, they are provided as a convenience and do not guarantee a successful print on every printer, resin, scale, or setup. Customers remain responsible for reviewing slicing and print settings before starting a print.

A print failure caused by hardware, materials, calibration, slicing choices, support changes, or another external variable does not by itself mean that the digital file was defective or misdescribed.

Customers are responsible for confirming that they have suitable software and hardware to use STL files before purchase.

References to printers, slicers, resins, software, operating systems, or third-party platforms are descriptive and do not imply affiliation, endorsement, or a guarantee of compatibility unless expressly stated.

STL Forge may assist with reasonable download, scaling, file, or basic printing questions, but support does not include a guarantee that every third-party hardware or software configuration can be made to work.

STL Forge may correct, reorganize, replace, or update digital files where necessary to fix errors, improve delivery, or maintain compatibility with the store infrastructure.

Future additions are included only where the product page, pack description, Master Vault terms, or another explicit offer states that future content is part of the purchase.

Product presentation, previews, delivery infrastructure, file organization, or account navigation may change without altering the underlying purchased entitlement.

Large collections may contain many separate digital products and may be delivered through account-based libraries rather than as a single direct-download file.

The content included in a pack or collection is determined by the applicable offer and description. Where an offer expressly includes future additions, those additions are made available according to the terms of that offer.

Access to a pack, collection, Ultimate Pack, or Master Vault may depend on the continued validity of the purchasing account and the corresponding WooCommerce order or entitlement record.

Coupons, gifts, promotional models, loyalty rewards, Forge Points, review rewards, birthday rewards, and similar benefits may have specific eligibility rules, expiration dates, usage limits, exclusions, or redemption conditions shown with the relevant promotion.

Promotional value, virtual points, and store rewards are not cash, are not a bank balance, and are not redeemable for money unless STL Forge expressly states otherwise.

STL Forge may correct points or rewards credited because of fraud, technical error, duplicate credit, reversed transactions, refunded orders, or abuse of a promotion.

Customers who submit reviews, images, videos, or other public content are responsible for ensuring that the material is appropriate to share and does not unlawfully disclose another person's personal information or rights.

STL Forge may moderate, reject, hide, or remove submitted content where reasonably necessary for safety, privacy, spam prevention, legal compliance, relevance, or enforcement of site rules.

Review moderation does not require STL Forge to publish every submission.

STL Forge branding, website design, written store content, custom interfaces, and other original site materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules.

Purchasing a digital file does not grant ownership of third-party names, characters, logos, trademarks, or other rights that may be referenced in connection with a model. Third-party trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

A purchase does not transfer ownership of STL Forge branding, website materials, or any third-party names, characters, logos, trademarks, or other intellectual-property rights.

Customers may not use STL Forge to engage in fraud, unauthorized transactions, malicious automation, credential sharing, bulk scraping, deliberate circumvention of access controls, or abuse of payment disputes, promotions, rewards, or review systems.

Where reasonably necessary, STL Forge may suspend access while investigating such activity and may preserve records required to respond to payment providers, security incidents, or legal claims.

Any restriction will be applied subject to mandatory consumer rights and the circumstances of the case.

STL Forge aims to keep the website, account area, Pack Library, downloads, and related services available, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed.

Maintenance, hosting incidents, third-party outages, security events, software updates, migrations, or force-majeure events may temporarily affect access.

Where a legitimate purchased entitlement is affected by a technical issue, STL Forge will make reasonable efforts to restore or provide access through an appropriate alternative.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, STL Forge is not responsible for losses caused solely by third-party hardware, software, printer configuration, materials, user error, unauthorized account access caused by compromised customer credentials, or third-party service interruptions outside STL Forge's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, remedies, warranties, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Personal data associated with accounts, orders, payments, support, reviews, analytics, security, rewards, and optional marketing is handled as described in the STL Forge Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy forms part of the information customers should review when using STL Forge.

STL Forge operates from Chile. These Terms are intended to be interpreted consistently with applicable Chilean law.

For customers in other jurisdictions, any mandatory consumer protections that legally apply to the transaction remain unaffected where they cannot be waived by contract.

If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions should continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

STL Forge may update these Terms when store features, delivery systems, products, payment methods, legal requirements, rewards, or operational practices change.

The current version and update date will be displayed on this page. Changes will not retroactively remove mandatory rights or alter a completed purchase in a manner prohibited by applicable law.
