1. Digital Products Only
STLForge exclusively offers digital STL files for 3D printing. We do not sell physical products. When you purchase an STL file, you will receive access to download it both via email and directly in your STLForge profile.
2. Lifetime Downloads
Once purchased, your STL files will remain available for download at any time, without expiration. This ensures you always have access, even if you change devices or need to reprint.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds for STL files once purchased and downloaded. By completing a transaction, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
4. Duplicate Orders
If you accidentally purchase the same model more than once, please contact us at info@stlforge.cl. In such cases, we will allow you to choose additional STL models of equal value to the duplicate purchase.
5. File Storage
All purchased files are delivered via direct download. STLForge does not currently provide additional external storage servers. Customers are encouraged to back up their files securely after purchase.

If you encounter issues with your downloads, or have questions regarding scaling, slicing, or printing parameters, you may reach out to us at info@stlforge.cl. We provide direct support—clear answers without generic responses.
